It's all at the 8th fret starting with pedals down. The first four notes are on the fourth string, the fifth note on string one, and the following three on string 4, 5, and 6. Then release the pedals and play the fifth string and pedal it for the whole tone raise. Release the pedal and play strings 5, 6, 7, and 8 for the rest of the melody.
