Holy digits, B-man?!? In the previous reply, you said you use thumb and INDEX finger for crossover playing. Were my eyes deceiving me these last 30 years? I thought you used thumb and MIDDLE finger! Let me know before I have the surgeon exchange my middle finger with my index, at great expense since I doubt insurance will cover this "elective" operation.
