Louis: I use the B to Bb lowers with the B to C# raises on E9th, and the A to Ab lower and C to B lower with Pedal 7 on the C6th neck. The A to Ab knee lever with pedal 7 turns the major ninth intervals into a ninth chord, and adding the C to B makes it a flat nine chord.
