Buddy, during the past three years we've hosted seminars in conjunction with the NE Iowa Steel Guitar Jam (now in its 11th year). Scotty in 2000, Joe Wright 2001, and Doug in 2002. All the seminars have been successful and generated a great deal of interest. Eighteen pickers attended Doug's seminar this year which was scheduled on the Friday preceding the Jam from 3-9 p.m. with an hour off for supper. Other possible formats could be considered if you would be interested in doing one. We would certainly be elated to have you do a seminar and, as Dennis mentioned, you would 'pack the place.' Don't worry about 'rusty' seminar skills--because participants would be so intent on what you're presenting no one would even detect it.
